New rules applicable to vertical restrictions (supplier-distributor) as of June 1, 2022.

On May 10, the European Commission finally published what will be the new Vertical Agreements Exemption Regulation (TVER) and the corresponding Guidelines on Vertical Restraints (Guidelines), which are scheduled to enter into force on June 1, 2022 and will remain in force for 12 years.
