Olga Forner joined the Barcelona office as a partner in 2014 to lead the Restructuring and Insolvency practice at Marimón Abogados.
With over 20 years of experience, Olga has been involved in numerous insolvency proceedings, including some of the most significant cases in Spain, representing the interests of both debtors and creditors, as well as acting as an insolvency administrator. She also advises on judicial and extrajudicial debt refinancing transactions and corporate restructuring agreements.
Olga provides legal advice and representation to companies and corporations across various sectors, including real estate, industrial, aviation, automotive, construction, and energy, in addition to assisting numerous financial institutions.
Appointed as an insolvency administrator by Commercial Courts across Spain—mainly in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Sevilla, Huesca, Pontevedra, Tarragona, Huelva, Vigo, and Zaragoza—she was recognised in 2015 as one of the top ten insolvency administrators in the Community of Madrid based on the number of cases in which she participated.
