Nicole is a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Department, specialising in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes. She has experience in corporate conflicts, such as the challenge of corporate resolutions and breaches of shareholders’ agreements, as well as litigation related to obligations and contracts, claims arising from company acquisitions, construction contract disputes, and issues concerning the private enforcement of competition law and unfair competition.
She regularly participates in both domestic and international arbitrations, including institutional and ad hoc proceedings. Nicole also has a solid track record in voluntary jurisdiction cases and the enforcement of judicial and extrajudicial instruments.
