Alba is a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Department. She has experience advising on contentious and pre-contentious matters, including civil disputes and arbitration proceedings, assisting both national and international companies as well as private clients.
Her practice covers matters relating to agency and distribution agreements, lease agreements, debt recovery claims, the enforcement of judicial and non-judicial instruments, and contractual and non-contractual liability.
She holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University. She also completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Court Representation at the same university.
She complements her legal education with a distinguished background in public speaking and debating. She has been a national university debating champion and a semi-finalist in the Moot Madrid International Commercial Arbitration Competition. She is also the founder of the Pompeu Fabra University Debate Club, where she currently serves as a debate coach.
