Jerónimo is a lawyer in the Corporate Law team. He joined Marimón in October 2024 after having been part of a renowned international law firm.
Jerónimo advises on multiple M&A transactions, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on strategic sectors such as energy and technology.
In addition, he has experience in corporate law and corporate governance, having handled secretarial duties for various companies. Jerónimo has also been involved in a wide range of matters related to commercial contracting.
