Enrique Barba is part of the Public and Regulatory Law Department at the Madrid office.
Enrique regularly advises national and foreign companies in their dealings with public administrations, both in administrative and judicial proceedings related to public procurement, energy, subsidies, and state liability. He also takes part in the preparation of due diligence reports concerning the administrative law aspects of corporate transactions.
