Gonzalo joined Marimón Abogados in 1996 and is currently Managing Partner of the Tax Department at the Barcelona office, establishing himself as a specialist in Tax Law.
With over 30 years of experience, Gonzalo advises family businesses, companies, and corporate groups across various sectors.
He is actively involved in corporate restructurings and business acquisition processes. Gonzalo also provides advice on wealth and real estate taxation, as well as succession planning, being a recognised expert in advising family businesses. Additionally, he collaborates in drafting queries to the Directorate-General for Taxation and in filing all types of appeals and claims within the tax domain.
