Esther joined Marimón Abogados as a partner in 2013 to lead the Litigation Department.
An expert in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes, she advises national and multinational companies, designing strategies to prevent and/or manage conflicts. Before joining Marimón, she served as a Judge in the Barcelona Courts, bringing valuable judicial insight to her practice.
She has extensive experience in disputes related to agency, distribution, concession, and franchise agreements; corporate and director liability conflicts; unfair competition; real estate law; retail; banking; and liability in the aviation, maritime, and land transport sectors. Her expertise spans both contractual and non-contractual liability.
Esther also has significant experience in arbitration, covering both international and domestic cases, whether institutional or ad hoc.
