Antonio joined Marimón Abogados as a partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department in 1994, specialising in M&A transactions and Banking & Finance Law.
He has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in providing legal advice to financial institutions, particularly in Project Finance and real estate financing, the purchase and sale of loan portfolios, debt restructuring transactions, and representing the interests of financial institutions in insolvency proceedings.
Antonio works closely with the German Desk and has extensive experience in corporate advisory services for German, Swiss, and Austrian companies. He serves as secretary to the board of directors of various companies and is a regular contributor to the Association of German Mortgage Banks (Verband deutscher Pfandbriefbanken).
