Manuela is a lawyer in the Commercial Law and M&A Department, specialising in Real Estate Law. She has extensive experience advising national and international retail chains, primarily in the food sector, on their expansion processes across Spain.
Her practice focuses on structuring and executing real estate transactions for the establishment of retail chains in commercial premises. She also provides legal support in negotiating and drafting contracts for purchase and sale, leasing, surface rights, and construction, among others. Additionally, she is involved in preparing legal reports, land development, the creation of retail parks and shopping centres, as well as the establishment of horizontal property regimes and real estate complexes.
