She has extensive experience advising commercial companies and international groups in the retail sector, with a particular focus on the fashion industry and the leasing of commercial premises for retail operations.
Her practice is dedicated to providing tailored legal advice to both national and international clients in the retail sector. In addition, Laura offers comprehensive guidance in Corporate Compliance, covering the implementation of compliance programmes and corporate social responsibility strategies. Her expertise includes the identification and preparation of risk maps, the development of compliance policies, ethical codes and codes of conduct, as well as the design and implementation of whistleblowing channels.
Laura also regularly advises Italian and French clients on establishing subsidiaries and branches in Spain, as well as on the ongoing legal management of their commercial entities.
