Paula is a lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial Law team. Her practice focuses on advising on a wide range of national and international transactions, including business acquisitions, joint ventures, investment agreements, funding rounds, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate restructuring operations.
She joined Marimón Abogados after spending two years as in-house counsel at a leading company in the renewable energy sector, gaining valuable experience in transactions.
