Key issues of the draft bill transposing the Whistleblowing Directive in Spain

With a few months of delay, the Council of Ministers approved last March 4 the proposal of the Ministry of Justice of the “Preliminary draft law regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law”, (hereinafter, the “Preliminary Draft”).
