As of May 28, 2022, the provisions that, as a consequence of Directive 2019/2161 on the improvement of the application and modernization of EU consumer protection rules on consumer matters (known as the “Omnibus Directive”), were transposed into domestic law by Royal Decree Law 24/2021, of November 2, by which numerous European Directives were transposed, will be applicable.
