On March 2, 2022, the Official State Gazette published Royal Decree-Law 3/2022, of March 1, on measures to improve the sustainability of road freight transport and the functioning of the logistics chain, and transposing Directive (EU) 2020/1057, of July 15, 2020, laying down specific rules with respect to Directive 96/71/EC and Directive 2014/67/EU for the posting of drivers in the road transport sector, and exceptional measures on price revision in public works contracts (the “RD-Law 3/2022”).
