Marimón Abogados has appointed Lidia Bazán as counsels in the Tax Law Department and Luis Antonio Sanz in the Real Estate Law Department. With more than 20 years of experience in providing legal advice in their respective fields, Lidia and Luis Antonio have become benchmarks within the firm thanks to their high technical level and deep knowledge of the practice of law.
Lidia Bazán, who joined the firm in 2011, is an expert in corporate restructuring, economic and contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as in succession planning. With this appointment, he will lead the growth strategy of the tax department in the Madrid office, together with Santiago Díez, with whom he has been working for more than 25 years.
For his part, Luis Antonio Sanz He has been a member of Marimón Abogados since 2004 and specializes in real estate law and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in the design of complex real estate structures and in the coordination of legal advice in numerous real estate transactions for very active operators and investors in the sector, particularly in the retail field. This appointment reinforces the growth strategy of the Real Estate Law Department in which he has been working together with Antonio Marimón for almost 20 years.
