Our competition law team continues to stand out in this edition, with the recognition of <strong>Yolanda Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>,<strong> Stefan Rating<\/strong><em>(Administrative law and Competition\/Antitrust law<\/em>) and <strong>Diego Crespo<\/strong><em>(Competition law\/Antitrust law<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work of our <em>Corporate and M&amp;A<\/em> lawyers is widely endorsed by the Board of Directors, in which <strong>Philipp Kirchheim<\/strong>, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Miguel Mart\u00edn-Zamorano<\/strong>, <strong>Luis Marim\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>Anahita T\u00e1rrega, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, <strong>Antonio Marim\u00f3n, Nerea Azcune <\/strong>and<strong> Bego\u00f1a Red\u00f3n<\/strong> <em>(Corporate governance)<\/em> are highlighted. Specialization in the area of commercial law is also highlighted with the recognition of Jos\u00e9 Antonio Rodr\u00edguez and Antonio Marim\u00f3n in  <em>Banking and financial law<\/em> and Jos\u00e9 Miguel Mart\u00edn-Zamorano and Antonio Marim\u00f3n in  <em>Real estate law<\/em>, by Anahita T\u00e1rrega at  <em>Retail law and<\/em> <em>Franchise law<\/em>, Philipp Kirchheim in <em>Private equity law<\/em> and Luis Marim\u00f3n in <em>Technology law<\/em> and <em>Privacy and Data Protection<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <em>Tax law<\/em> area<strong>,<\/strong> <strong>Lidia Baz\u00e1n<\/strong> (besides being highlighted in the <em>Litigation<\/em> area), <strong>Gonzalo Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> and <strong>Santiago D\u00edez<\/strong>, who has been recognized since 2008 in this area and also in the <em>Corporate and M&amp;A law<\/em> area, maintain their positions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Esther Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong> and <strong>Marcelino Pajares<\/strong>, Partners in charge of the Procedural Law Department, are again recognized in the latest edition published by the Directory. In addition, in the 2023 edition, Marcelino Pajares has been recognized in the area of <em>Arbitration and Mediation<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Olga Forner<\/strong>, Partner of the Insolvency Law Department of the Firm, who stands out in the ranking of <em>Insolvency and Reorganization law<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Best Lawyers\u00a9 was founded in 1983, since then it has become one of the most respected directories as it is the lawyers themselves who have appeared in the ranking in previous years who vote.
