Nina is a lawyer in the Corporate Law Department, where she focuses her practice on commercial contracts, M&A transactions and corporate law. She advises on the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, both in the context of companies’ day-to-day operations and within acquisition and investment processes.
She is also involved in company sale and purchase transactions, assisting in the drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements and related documentation. In addition, she advises domestic and international clients on corporate law matters, from the incorporation of companies through to the ongoing management of their corporate governance.
