Partner in charge of the public and regulatory law department in the Madrid office.

He is an expert in administrative and regulatory law, mainly in relation to large infrastructures. He has extensive knowledge in public procurement, concessions and infrastructures, and in the fields of urban planning, environment, expropriation and heritage issues. He is also highly specialised in all aspects of litigation and arbitration and in regulated sectors, water and mining.

He holds a law degree from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU, specialising in business law. He is also a State Lawyer on leave of absence.

Antonio is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros, the National Institute of Public Administration, the Institute of Training and Studies of the Madrid City Council and also at the Centre for Legal Studies of the Ministry of Justice.
