Andrés is a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration department, specialising in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice encompasses strategic advice and lead counsel work on complex proceedings, supporting clients from the pre-litigation stage and the design of procedural strategy through to the securing and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.
He regularly advises national and international companies on the prevention, management and resolution of disputes, with particular experience in transport, insurance, civil liability and tort law, as well as in disputes arising from breaches of contract and from agency and distribution agreements.
He also regularly acts in corporate disputes, including director liability proceedings and disputes between shareholders, as well as in debt claims and matters relating to insolvency situations.
