Andrea has extensive experience advising companies in the field of Competition Law, including the control of economic concentration operations before the CNMC (Spanish National Commission on Markets and Competition) and the European Commission, sanctioning procedures for restrictive agreements (both horizontal and vertical), leniency programmes, assistance during dawn raids, and proceedings related to abuse of dominant position or unfair practices.
Andrea specialises in strategic agreements between companies, such as supply contracts, subcontracting, toll manufacturing, exclusive or selective distribution, and franchising. She also advises on the implementation of compliance programmes and claims for damages arising from infringements of Competition Law.
