Ana is a lawyer in the Real Estate and Commercial Law team. She has extensive experience advising national and international companies on a variety of real estate and corporate transactions.
In the real estate field, her work includes processes such as buying, selling, leasing, construction, land consolidation, division, declarations of new builds, division into horizontal property, and the creation of easements and surface rights. She has managed transactions involving assets such as development and urbanised land, shopping centres, residential buildings, “built-to-rent” properties, student residences, senior living facilities, offices, industrial buildings, and hotel and tourist complexes.
In the commercial law area, Ana stands out for her expertise in setting up companies, amending articles of association, restructuring processes (such as transformations, mergers, demergers, and global transfers of assets and liabilities), M&A, and drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and various types of contracts.
For several years, she also provided advice on Insolvency Law and acted as an insolvency administrator.
