Marimón Abogados specializes in business initiatives with an international vocation, and since its creation it has been a reference law firm for German businessmen established in Spain.
Since the beginning as a family law firm, assistance to German clients has been part of our daily work, initially promoted by Federico Marimón Grifell, founding partner of the firm, and followed by Luis F. Marimón Garnier, who turned Marimón Abogados into one of the first Spanish law firms to offer first class legal advice to important German companies with investments and interests in Spain.
With the aim of extending its network of contacts and, at the same time, strengthening traditionally existing links, Marimón Abogados created the German Desk, whose main mission is to assist both Spanish clients with activities in Germany and German clients with business in Spain.
The German Desk is a working group that operates in a coordinated and transversal manner incorporating different practice areas of the firm. It is a team formed by Spanish lawyers fluent in German and German lawyers (Rechtsanwälte). The professionals who make up the team bring skills and experience from different sectors related to business law.
